• Full-time undergraduate or graduate student
• Maintain full-time enrollment unless fewer than twice the number of hours required to be full-time remaining in degree program
• Major in curriculum and instruction at the University unless no applicant possess these characteristics, then student enrolling full-time in academic program in Teacher Education and administration at the University will be eligible for consideration
