• Full-time undergraduate student
• Maintain full- time enrollment unless fewer than twice the number of hours required to be full-time remaining in degree program
• Enroll as full-time student in Teacher Education and Administration at the University unless no applicant possess these characteristics, then student enrolling full-time in the College of Education at the University will be eligible for consideration
• Annually renewable if recipient reapplies and meets requirements
• Recipients must maintain full-time enrollment and a 3.0 cumulative GPA
