These appointments are 15-minutes in length to assist with questions you have about Fall 2021.

Possible availability will be during these times:

• 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

These are VIRTUAL or IN-PERSON appointments, which you schedule on the event date as same-day appointments. The day's availability will display beginning at 7:20 a.m. on the event date. 

You may access our walk-in availability and schedule a time through your Navigate portal at https://universityofnorthtexas.campus.eab.com/home. 

Here are the steps once you are in the portal:

1. Select the "Schedule an Appointment."
2. For "Choose the appointment type that you want to schedule," select:
   • Current COE Students: "Academic Advising"
   • Changing to COE: "Academic Advising: Interested in Major Change"
3. For "Service," select:
   • Current COE Students: "COE Same-Day Appointment"
   • Changing to COE: select the major of interest (Education: Early Childhood-Grade 6; Human Development and Family Science; Kinesiology; Recreation, Event & Sport Management)
4. Make sure the "Pick a Date" is the current day.
5. Select "Next" and continue through the prompts until your appointment is confirmed.
