• Full-time graduate student
• Maintain full-time enrollment unless fewer than twice the number of hours required to be full-time remaining in degree program
• Major in Educational Leadership or its successor at the University unless no applicant possess these characteristics, then student enrolling full-time in College of Education will be eligible for consideration
• A 3.5 cumulative GPA
• Annually renewable if recipient reapplies and meets requirements
• Be a citizen or permanent resident of the United States
