• Full-time undergraduate or graduate student
• Maintain full-time enrollment
• Major in interdisciplinary studies unless no applicant possess these characteristics, then student enrolling full-time in the College of Education Teacher Preparation Program at the University will be eligible for consideration
• Preference given to current recipient of up to four consecutive years as long as recipient reapplies and meets requirements
