- Full-time undergraduate or graduate student
- Undergraduate must have completed 74 semester hours toward degree
- Graduate applicants must have taken fewer than 12 graduate hours
- Major in Recreation
- A 3.0 cumulative GPA for undergraduates or a 3.5 cumulative GPA for graduate students

- Meet the minimum entrance and academic performance standards in the Counseling program
Garry and Monica Landreth Scholarship
- Meet the minimum entrance and academic performance standards in the Higher Education program
- A 3.0 cumulative GPA
- Maintain full time enrollment at the University, unless they have fewer than twice the number of semester hours required to be full time remaining in their degree program;
- Enroll as a graduate student in Higher Education at the University.
Northern Metro Counseling Association Scholarship
- Meet the minimum entrance and academic performance standards in the Counseling program
- Meet the minimum grade point of 3.0;
- Must maintain either full or part time enrollment at the University;
- Must be a graduate student in the COE Counseling Program;
