• Full-time undergraduate or graduate student
• Maintain full-time enrollment unless fewer than twice the number of hours required to be full-time remaining in degree program
• Major in Elementary or Secondary education unless no applicant possess these characteristics, then student enrolling full-time in education at the University will be eligible for consideration
• Preference will be given to students who demonstrate that they are from an economically disadvantaged background
