• Full-time undergraduate or graduate student
• Major in Educational Leadership unless no applicant possess these characteristics, then student enrolling full-time in College of Education department of Teacher Education and Administration will be eligible for consideration
• Annually renewable if recipient reapplies and meets requirements
• Recipients must maintain full-time enrollment and a 3.0 cumulative GPA
