• Full-time undergraduate or graduate student
• Maintain full-time enrollment unless fewer than twice the number of hours required to be full-time remaining in degree program
• Major in Elementary Education or an advanced student whose background and interest are in elementary education at the University. In the event no applicant possess these characteristics, the donor wishes the distribution amount to be held for distribution during the following year
• Annually renewable if recipient reapplies and meets requirements
