• Full-time undergraduate student with at least 60 semester hours of college courses
• Maintain full-time enrollment unless fewer than twice the number of hours required to be full-time remaining in degree program
• Major in Interdisciplinary Studies, seeking elementary teacher certification unless no applicant possess these characteristics, then student enrolling full-time in any Teacher Education program at the University will be eligible for consideration
• Preference will be given to one student who will be enrolled during both long semesters of the academic year in which the scholarship is to be awarded; if one such qualifies student cannot be identified, then the scholarship may be divided between two or more qualified students who will each be enrolled in one long semester of the academic year in which the scholarship is awarded.
