• Full-time graduate student
• Maintain at least 6 hours enrollment at the University unless fewer than twice the number of hours required to be full-time remaining in degree program
• Major in Reading unless no applicant possess these characteristics, then graduate student enrolling full-time in College of Education department of Teacher Education and Administration will be eligible for consideration
• Annually renewable if recipient reapplies and meets requirements
• Recipients must maintain full-time enrollment and a 3.0 cumulative GPA
