• Full-time undergraduate or graduate student
• Maintain full-time enrollment unless fewer than twice the number of hours required to be full-time remaining in degree program
• Major in Elementary Education unless no applicant possess these characteristics, then student enrolling full-time in College of Education department of Teacher Education and Administration will be eligible for consideration
