• Full-time graduate student

• A 3.0 cumulative GPA
• Annually renewable if recipient reapplies and meets requirements

• Undergraduate Interdisciplinary majors or Special Education declared minor
• Seeking a Special Education certification
• Have completed a minimum of 60 credit hours

North Texas Student Council on Family Relations/Lawhon Scholarship

• Preference is given to undergraduate HDFS majors
• If no one meets the above criteria, any student (undergraduate or graduate) in the College of Education is eligible
• Undergraduate students must maintain a 2.5 cumulative GPA
• Graduate students must maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA

• Full-time doctoral students
• Majoring in Special Education
• Successfully completed qualifying exams and registered for dissertation hours

• Undergraduate DFST/HDFS majors or minors
• Graduate students in the Family Policy & Program Administration, Learning and Development, and Human Development and Family Science concentrations
