- Full-time undergraduate or graduate student
- Maintain full-time enrollment unless fewer than twice the number of hours required to be full-time remaining in degree program
- Major in Recreation, Event and Sport Management unless no applicant possess these characteristics, then undergraduate student enrolling full-time in Kinesiology, Health Promotion and Recreation will be eligible for consideration
- A 3.25 undergraduate; 3.75 grad cumulative GPA

Submit a 300- to 500-word essay describing your service to the university or community, including any service you have provided to municipal recreation departments or programs.
