Dr. Colleen M. Eddy is an Associate Professor in the Department of Curriculum & Instruction at the University of North Texas, specializing in mathematics and STEM education. Her scholarship focuses on empowering mathematics teachers by fostering teacher efficacy, implementing formative assessment strategies, and creating equitable pathways in STEM education. A central theme of her work is supporting teacher agency through innovative professional development models, including lesson study.

Dr. Eddy’s research activities have been supported by various grants, leading to initiatives such as high school STEM camps and professional development programs focused on Algebra and Geometry instruction.
