Field Trip

Enjoy a field trip to UNT with hands-on activities, and lunch on campus. Perfect for schools looking for an engaging, on campus visit that sparks creativity and introduces students to college life. The experience includes:

Two activities of your choice

A third option may be included depending on group size and time

Lunch at one of UNT’s cafeterias

$20 for each member of your group

Programs generally last about 3–4 hours for a comprehensive experience. However, the length can be shortened or extended to meet the needs of your group. We are flexible with arrival times and will work with you to plan the field trip according to your group’s arrival and departure schedule.

Field Trip Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing the University of North Texas for your field trip experience. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while ensuring quality programming for all groups.

Payment Policy
Full payment is required at least two (2) weeks prior to your scheduled field trip date.
Your reservation is not guaranteed until payment is received.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled visit will receive a full refund.
Partial Refund (50%): Cancellations made 7–13 days prior to the visit will receive a 50% refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the visit are non-refundable.

Rescheduling Policy
Groups may request to reschedule their field trip up to 14 days before the scheduled date at no additional cost, subject to availability.
Rescheduling requests made less than 14 days in advance may incur a fee or may not be accommodated.

Attendance Adjustments
Final participant counts must be confirmed two (2) weeks in advance.
Reductions in group size after this deadline are not be eligible for a refund.
Increases in group size are subject to availability and will require additional payment.

Weather & University Closures
In the event of severe weather or a university closure, groups will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Program Changes
Some activities (such as the STEM Panel) are subject to availability. Substitutions may be made without affecting the overall program cost.
