Cohort Program (Fall Admission Only)

*Please note that the cohort model admits once per year for fall entry.

  • February 1st (Priority Deadline)- Apply by this date for full consideration for admission, graduate assistant positions and funding.
  • March 15th (Final Deadline)- Applications will be accepted on a space-available basis only.

 

Standard and Online Programs

Spring Admissions:
  • October 1st (Priority Deadline)- Apply by this date for full consideration for admission, graduate assistant positions and funding.
  • October 15th (Final Deadline)- Applications will be accepted on a space-available basis only.
Fall Admissions:
  • February 1st (Priority Deadline)- Apply by this date for full consideration for admission, graduate assistant positions and funding.
  • March 15th (Final Deadline)- Applications will be accepted on a space-available basis only.

You will submit program related material listed below through the GradCAS portal.  

Application Materials
  • Official Transcripts. You must submit official transcripts from all colleges or universities you have attended.  These can be ordered through the GradCAS application.
  • Three Letters of Reference. These should be completed by current or recent professor(s), employer(s), colleagues, or other individuals who are professionally acquainted with your work.  Your evaluators will receive a link from GradCAS to complete this portion of the application.  
  • Resume or CV
  • A one-page typewritten writing sample addressing the following:
    • Your goals and aspirations related to the field of higher education. 
    • One or more significant life events that contributed to the development of these aspirations 
    • The single greatest personal asset that will serve you in realizing your goals. 
    • The one personal characteristic or quality that you most need to modify, improve or change in order to realize your aspirations. 
    • Any other information you think would be helpful in evaluating your application.
