The Research in Exercise, STress and Optimized REcovery (RESTORE) Laboratory—directed by Dr. Lydia Caldwell, focuses on identifying evidence-based strategies to promote performance readiness and enhance resiliency. The laboratory features a state-of-the-art floatation-tank to investigate the effects of reduced external sensory stimulation on biomarkers of mental and physical well-being.
