The Speaker’s Bureau, part of the Texas Research and Evaluation Network for Development (TREND), connects faculty experts with schools, districts, and organizations seeking insights into research methodology, measurement, and statistics. Managed by the Office of Research Consulting (ORC), the Bureau facilitates connections for speaking engagements, training, and research consultation.

We aim to promote faculty expertise and provide a gateway for educational practitioners, policymakers, and organizations to engage with top-tier professionals in the field.

In an effort to promote our faculty expertise and connect with schools and districts in the DFW area, the Office of Research Consulting in the Department of Educational Psychology is in the process of constructing a “Speakers Bureau” as an outward-facing page on our website so that those external to UNT have a common way of connecting with you for future engagements, whether that be for pre-service or in-service training, speaking engagements, or possible research consultation expertise support.

The ORC staff will monitor requests and forward those to you as they come in if external requestors ask to speak with you. We will leave it to you to determine how to best work with requestors. We merely want to facilitate connections and promote the expertise of faculty within the College to the region.

Our Bureau creates a gateway to top-tier professionals with practitioners in education, the policymakers, and others that have an interest in what you do
